Simple & easy guacamole made in 10 minutes
This easy guacamole recipe is made with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors, you’ll never restore to store-bought dip again. You’ll need only 10 minutes to make the best homemade guacamole.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
¼ red onion (finely chopped)
1 jalapeno chopped
1 clove garlic minced
4 teaspoons lime juice extra 1 to 2 teaspoons if you like tangy guac
⅓ cup cilantro
½ ripe tomato finely chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
Method
1. Cut perfectly ripe avocados into half lengthwise. Remove and discard the pit. Using a spoon scoop out the flesh, and add it to a large mixing bowl. Squeeze fresh lime juice over it.

Hi! I used milk only. no cream. It is not really tasty but I didn't strain as was suggested. For me, this was a great try. My eggs cooked slightly bc 🔥 not low enough. Bloopers in cooking but I am getting better. Nice recipe when following cooking instructions. Thank you.

Was the cast iron pan too hot? You need to roast on medium flame and keep turning the tomatillos so it's roasted evenly. Leaving it unattended for a while may cause it to explode.

These look like they used a mini ice cream scoop; maybe bc they’re so small they cooked in that time? Idk if that differs from what you did or your oven so who knows

Once ready, let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container closed and store it on the counter for 3 days. If you plan to store them longer, fried onions will begin to lose their crunch.

Do you know of a quick way to peel the skins off the chickpeas? I literally peeled them off one by one, but I’m hoping there’s an easier and faster way. Thank you.😊
No you don't have to peel one by one. I have a tip that'll fasten the process and you can peel the skin easily. Soak chickpeas for a few minutes (20-25 minutes) in hot water with a 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda stirred in. Grab chickpeas in your palm and rub it between your palms. All skins will come off and float on the top. Skim the skin, and discard it. Drain chickpeas. Yes, it’s a bit time-consuming, but all worth it.
